Bio
Catherine is a registered dietitian with experience in nutrition counselling for obesity management, diabetes management, digestive health, and chronic disease prevention. She has a special interest in helping individuals explore their personal relationship with food and make sustainable behavioural changes. She works collaboratively with patients to develop a personalized approach to achieving their healthiest self. She received her Bachelors in Nutritional Sciences at McGill University and is a member of the Dietitians of Canada, Obesity Canada, Diabetes Canada, and College of Dietitians of Ontario. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, cooking, strength training and running.
Initial Client Assessment
60min. We will review your medical history, medications, anthropometric measurements, dietary history, eating patterns, physical activity, and other lifestyle habits. At the end of the session, we will identify tools and resources to help you start the process of working towards your goals. We will end the session by setting SMART goals.
Follow-up Appointment
30min. Assessing progress with previous goals and making necessary changes and modifications as needed. We will discuss any setbacks and plan for potential challenges. It is recommended for follow ups to be scheduled 2-4 weeks apart in the beginning.
