What is so good about these fruit infused water?

First of all, they are hydrating. Shout out to all of you who have trouble getting enough water. You have probably heard that water is the best way to hydrate, but plain water could get a little boring. Adding fruits to water makes it taste so much better, and makes drinking water so much more fun. For those with little ones at home, now aren’t they going to ask for more water all the time?

Secondly, fruit infused water looks pretty. Nobody can doubt the importance of presentation. Colourful fruits floating in sparkling water in a classic maison jar, shining under the sun on your balcony…how pretty is that! Your guests will be so impressed and will want to make it at home. You could even level up the game and have an infused water menu for that big family dinner or summer party.

On top of that, they are nutritious. You have probably thought about this one already, because they are a lot less in sugar than juice and pop. Ditch those vitamin waters full of additives, who will need them when you can use real fruits to make natural vitamin water? Some people drinks flavoured beverages just because they don’t like blend plain water, but now you have a perfect alternative.

And you ask what my favourite flavour is? If I can get fragrant organic strawberries, definitely this strawberry lemon infused water! Let it be at work, while cooking, during and after workout, or when I am just chilling on a weekend day, it never fails to quench my thirst and keeps me hydrated. Grab some fruits and herbs and make you own fruit infused water.
